This project includes the design and build refurbishment of an existing building to provide a new 369 key hotel in Paddington.
The new hotel incorporates both a Hub by Premier Inn and a Premier Inn Hotel. Works include an extension to provide new 4th and 5th floors, a new structure to provide an extension along the Chilworth Mews Elevation, an extension to lower ground and ground floors, with additional extension up to the 3rd floor.
