Jake has grown as an essential part of the CCM team both in his flexibility and push for being better. This is shown in his drive for CSA grades. As one of the last members of the team he is now grade 3 and completing his grade 4 exam. His knowledge of mechanical system especially including water quality makes him one of the go to people to approach for advise in this area. Jake is also one of the most helpful and always willing to go the extra mile, something that CCM appreciates as an asset. Jake now manages his own contracts with little assistance from the senior staff making his rise to commissioning manager with ease.
